Last.fm is the last radio station you'll ever need. It has both big name commercial artists as well as smaller less-known artists. It scrobbles your music and allows you to rate it as well so the good stuff rises to the top. It will create a dynamic radio station based on your preferences (history, ratings etc..) or you can listen to others stations.
